ABOUT ELAINE

Elaine has many years of varied experiences in association management, government contracting, business development, training and facilitation, and consultant services. Her employment and business clients have been corporations, non-profit organizations, associations and entrepreneurs. In her professional work she held executive-level positions, where she directed projects, created new initiatives, and accomplished significant outcomes for various business endeavors.

She brings her talents and experiences to fulfill the conceptual, planning, and operational phases of the Leadership Institute. Her role also supports both faculty and curriculum development. As a certified facilitator and trainer she launched her career with an emphasis in adult-learning, creative idea-generating, and coaching of trainers and facilitators. After managing two successful training programs for older workers at the Atlanta Urban League, she relocated to Washington DC and became certified in the training discipline.
