Dr. Roger Hawkins continues his discussion on his July 26th post http://budurl.com/rehblog072610. Power attracts stress. Stress repels management unless you are a skilled stressed manager. Stress is like beauty; beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The challenge for the manager is to know when the stress level is beautiful or revolting. A leader-manager must understand the nature of stress and how to teach their people to use it to their advantage.
