Robyn is the author of Born Mad, a true account of how being diagnosed with dysthymic disorder changed her life.  She has also written 104 Ways to Starve Your Anger and Feed Your Soul, a book that offers 104 tips and hints to help control, manage and decrease angry feelings.

Even mild depression and anger can have serious consequences and cause damage to a person's soul, psyche and relationships.  But Robyn believes that with perseverance, one can overcome all obstacles.
