Why is leadership training important???

During this Radio Show, Elder Brian Robinson, Lead Elder of Alabaster Box Christian Ministries, and our Corporate Ruling Elder, Elder Rod Harris will be discussing the importance of training for Leaders. Some Leaders feel as if they dont need training, because they say that they have been appointed and ordained by God, however others feel the need for Training and/or a Educational Background. This is a very touchy topic, but very needed.
