Now, as a Transformational Life Coach, he guides those enduring grief and loss to identify answers in what propels a person into that next level where pain, anger, fear, regret, and emptiness live. He inspires them to create and solidify the new bricks needed to live into their desired life result.

Health and fitness are his lifestyle. He’s an indoor cycling instructor and endurance cyclist.

About our discussion he says, "Many thoughts come to mind regarding grief and loss. I’ve spent years in discussion with professionals, family, associates, and clients as it pertains to life’s circumstances happening to people and how they respond. The first thought that comes to mind is death. It’s a game changer!

"Grief and loss isn’t necessarily physical death. It’s a myriad of life’s circumstances: losing a love relationship, job loss, betrayal, goal achievement, being stuck having that ‘NOW WHAT’ feeling, regret, just to name a few. What keeps you wanting to have a continual conscious relationship with these feelings?"
