All across America, there are well meaning parents and grandparents of children who struggle with the fear and uncertainty of how to properly rear and when needed discipline their children. The issue is most often the misunderstanding of legal expectations as related to child discipline. Tragically, for far too many young people, the lack of discipline results in early demise socially and naturally.
