Ann Fonfa was informed she had breast cancer in 1993. Rather than go the traditional route of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, she chose a different path. Ann pursued alternative therapies. Did she have a death wish by deviating from the accepted treatment paradigm? Apparently not! After all, she's our special guest this evening!

Due to her success in beating breast cancer and the medical journey she traveled, Ann realized there are many others that could benefit from her lessons learned. It wasn't long before she created a website, christianed it "The Annie Appleseed Project," and formed a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.

Ann hosts an annual conference attended by many from around the world, speaks at numerous summits and events, has been interviewed on countless TV and radio shows, and June 24 at 7pm eastern she joins us on the Because Hope Matters Radio Hour.

Ann's mission is to educate everyone that traditional oncology, for many, is  a start. However, Integrative Oncology, which adds complimentary and alternative therapies to the equation, might be worthy of consideration.

Ann will share what she's learned and provide us with some "out of the box" thoughts and suggestions when battling cancer. We hope you enjoy this exciting interview.
