Tina is a graduate of LaVarenne Culinary School in Paris France (83) as well as a Honor Graduate of The Art Institute of Atlanta's Culinary Program (93). Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, GA with a BA in Cutural Arts. She has worked in the culinary industry in Europe, Las Vegas, Baton Rouge, Tampa and Atlanta. She has now dedicated her cooking passion to Competion BBQ, with her team "The Pit Crew" Her show will discuss not only BBQ: but is open to other cooking topics, such as cooking techniqes, supplies, wants and needs of BBQers and Homecooks alike, listeners guide the conversation!
Perhaps a little gossip and opinion letting about whats happening in the BBQ world in KCBS, FBA, GBA, MBN and non santioned events as well. With recent issues for some folks it might turn into a Bitch session! and that's ok, its internet radio and we still have free speech here!!
