Transgender Thursday Tye Spills the "T"

In this hour, feel free to drink some "T", spill some "T", embrace the "T", and last but not least, we will learn to understand and love the "T". That's right!! It's Transgender Thursday with Tye and Mike.

Tonight, in honor of Mother’s Day, we will interview our mothers!

Mike’s mother, Michele, currently lives in her hometown, Hampton, VA; is a school counselor; mother of four; and, is a celebrated Wine Down Girl! Michele is the youngest of ten children, grew up with her father, a founding reverend of two churches in the Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A, and grew up in a racially-divided small town of 5,966 in the 1960’s. Michele and Michael have what they describe as a “great relationship,” and Michael says got much stronger after Michael’s transition.

Tye's mother, Gloria, currently lives in her hometown of Houston, Texas. She is a retired school teacher, mother of two, and grandmother of four. She is a breast cancer survivor of 19 years and is the oldest of 5 girls. The relationship between Tye and Gloria is progressively getting stronger, especially after his transition.
