Authors on the Air host Pam Stack welcomes author Boyd Morrison.  From Boyd:  I've had a career that most people wouldn't think would lead to becoming a full-time writer.  I worked at Johnson Space Center on the Space Station Freedom project, where I flew on NASA’s Vomit Comet, used to train astronauts for zero gravity (I'm proud to say that I never vomited). I earned a PhD in industrial engineering, and got a job at RCA designing electronic program guides. I worked in the Xbox group at Microsoft and played video games for a living. I'm also a Jeopardy! champion and enjoy real-world thrills like white water rafting, skiing, scuba diving, and bungee jumping. As an actor, I've appeared in commercials and in stage plays such as Noises OffThe Importance of Being Earnest, and Witness for the Prosecution. In between all that, I write thriller novels. My series character is former Army combat engineer Tyler Locke, who continues to get drawn into adventures involving global conspiracies that have their roots in well-known legends such as Noah's ark, the Midas touch, the Roswell incident, and the Loch Ness monster.
