Rolf Kempf is best-known internationally as the writer of 'Hello, Hurray,' a rock anthem first recorded by Judy Collins on 'Who Knows Where The Time Goes,' along with songs by Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Ian Tyson. 'Hello, Hurray' was then vaulted into the mainstream by Alice Cooper on the platinum-selling classic 'Billion Dollar Babies.
