 Ms. Treste Loving, the founder and CEO of Simple Innovations Business Coaching.

 

Ms. Loving has a vast amount of expertise as a professional business coach and as an organization developer, with over 26 years in Naval experience, and just over 14 years privately practicing. Her expertise includes resource management, training development, diversity and inclusion for executives, owners and entrepreneurs.

 

Utilizing her training and organizational skills, Ms. Loving was able to assist Senior Navy officials in their management of over 62,000 employees, for over ten years. She was also the recipient of six Naval awards that recognized her personal accommodations for superior performance.

 

Treste has been an expert panel member, for the Department of Defense diversity training facilities, several times. She developed policies, procedures, programs, and formulated effective, strategic, business development plans, resulting in streamlined operations, maximized productivity and process improvements.
