here's my scheduling link: https://AquitySchedulerTPWHT.as.me/BreakthroughSession turningpointwomenshealth.com Hi, I’m Leslie I remember looking at pictures from vacation in complete disbelief. Asking myself, “when did that happen?” So there I was, firmly in my 40’s. I had gained 20lbs and nothing in my closet fit. I avoided going out with friends because I had zero self-confidence. Instead, I would stay home and binge watch my favorite shows and get lost in a box of Cheez-its. I loved my work but even that became a challenge when I started having joint pain in my hands – which is a definite issue as a massage therapist. I was completely out-of-sorts and didn’t know what was happening to me. Who was this chick in the mirror with thinning hair and bags under her eyes? Like WTH?! What is this place? Who are you? And how do I find…ME, again?!! So, I started reading up on perimenopause. Sure, I’d heard a lot of horror stories of peri / menopause; the hot flashes, mood swings, irregular periods, brain fog…but seriously? If this was the start of menopause, I didn’t want any part of it! I mean, it’s got to happen, I get it. But I refused to believe it had to be some miserable experience. I was determined to figure out what to do to “fix” this. I worked out like crazy, tried all kinds of diets, and kept doing my research and exploring different alternatives – lots of them. It was definitely a process! Gradually, I found the missing pieces of the puzzle & it all started to make sense. With the right, small & simple steps I finally felt like myself again. I lost all the weight.
