https://www.bellscoaching.com When I work with leaders, I often find they are in leadership roles because they have been high performers in previous jobs. They are self-driven and have the knowledge and skills to get the job done. These talents have led to promotion, but these individuals find themselves frustrated and disillusioned as leaders, unable to effectively direct team performance.  If a leader fails to set expectations and boundaries, his or her team has no way of knowing what is acceptable – which leads to a lack of trust and respect on both sides. Being a leader requires a different set of skills. I help these leaders learn how to connect with their teams and build lasting rapport, and I also help businesses uncover and correct leadership gaps, thereby increasing engagement and company success.
