Christy has lived many of life’s ups and downs, and understands first hand deep emotional pain and profound grief after her teenage son, Aaron, tragically died in a car accident. Christy has over 20+ years Human Resources, Learning, and Organisational Development experience across many sectors, including higher education, local government, corporate, not for profit, IT & entrepreneurial. Having worked with Leaders across the country, Christy brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching and training programs. She has had the honour of being formally recognised by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) for her work in Leadership Development and has received an Excellence Award for her work in Local Government. Self Directed Healing has been a crucial element in her personal and professional journey and she now openly shares her story, wisdom, and experience to help others navigate through their deep emotional journeys to find more peace, purpose, love, joy and freedom.
