In this role, she is accountable for nursing practice and quality encompassing sites within the United States, including Washington, Colorado, Alaska, Massachusetts, South Carolina, California, Texas, and Florida. Ms. Woulard is a professional keynote speaker, best-selling author, mentor, and nursing educator. She is a faculty adjunct with the University of North Carolina and a nursing graduate coach for Instructional Connections, Incorporated. She has also served on the Arizona Board of Nursing, where she was co-chair of the education committee. Ms. Woulard studied chemistry and English at the University of Southern Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She later obtained certification in secondary education. She received a bachelor of science in Nursing from William Carey University, a Masters's of Science in Nursing Education from William Carey University, and a post-master’s certificate in nursing administration from Duquesne University.
