Stefanie Miljas is a Certified Life Coach and has been a long-time devourer of self-help and inspirational books and a life-long student of personal development. She has spent the last few years focusing on consciousness studies, meditation and her own personal inner-growth journey. Stefanie lives in Ontario, Canada with her soul mate and her husband of more than thirty years.
