Detach from the ego and Awakening the conscious!

It is unfortunate that as we grow up we are taught to judge others by their appearance. We use words like fat, skinny, pretty, ugly etc...When we make these snap judgements were are doing so through the ego. The harsh reality is that our judgement of another is actually a reflection of who we are. So if you could change this way of thinking...would you? Once I awoken to my consciousness and really started to pay attention to my thoughts I was able to transcend old beliefs. This has allowed me to focus on me and detach myslef from the judgement of others as well as from casting judgement on others.
