ASA,

This week, Barack Obama spoke on the problematic relationships between the black community and the police. In fact, after articulating things more from the former's perspective, he said that police are often "scapegoated".

This may be one of the rare times that Mr. Obama has gotten things right, but even then, he did allude to gun laws and policies, which contribute to the challenges that the police, nationwide, face.

And, it is important to remember, that within this dynamic, violent crime is rising in the black communities - will we ever hear the intensified rebuke from Black Lives Matter?

The GOP had its third debate, with frontrunners Ben Carson and Donald Trump, still leading.

Central to this, are accusations that CNBC, the host "commentators" asked very politically-motivated questions that they probably wouldn't have asked of Hillary Clinton, Bernie Saunders and the rest of the Democrat contenders; they're more than likely, correct, but what did they expect?

We'll review these and other pressing issues, this Saturday, October 31st, on Critical Discourse.
