In November, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order which essentially signified amnesty to upwards of 5 million illegal immigrants; a move pretty much, was of no surprise.

But, this month, U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hannon issued an injunction, staying the Order, where he agreed that 26 states who filed the suit, could suffer a financial burden.

As expected, the Obama Administration appealed.

In a statement read before the House, in its Department of Homeland Security (DHS) hearings, Jamiel Shaw, gave a powerful testimony which covered two bases; the devastating impact of an out of control immigration policy and the sincerity of those who've furthered the mantra, "black lives matter".

In 2008, his son, Jamiel Andre Shaw II, was murdered by an illegal immigrant from Mexico.

Mr. Shaw asked the critical question, DO BLACK LIVES REALLY MATTER, OR DOES IT MATTER, ONLY IF YOU'RE SHOT BY A WHITE PERSON OR WHITE POLICEMAN....?

We will review both topics and the perceived interconnect ability between the two, which frankly, is part of an ongoing discourse that has transpired on Critical Discourse, sans the illegal immigration aspect.

We also may cover the frustration that former NFL-player, Kermit Alexander has been dealing with, in light of the murderer of his mother, sister and nephews, has yet to be executed, despite the verdict and sentence.

BLACK LIVES MATTER!

BUT, DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE IT?
