Whatever is your diagnosis, focus on things that can help improve your life in general. Focusing on things that help improve your life will also help improve your overall health. People get so focused on treatment that they forget life and taking care of themselves. Being active can help improve your mental outlook. Pain isn’t the only thing that causes you to be unhappy. There are people/individuals that still have pain but are happy. Example of this is stories of people winning the lottery and becoming rich. They were still unhappy because they felt having the money would make them happy. Happiness comes from within. Your overall well-being consists of taking the time to feed your body, mind and spirit. Work on giving yourself the nutrients your body needs, exercising, or whatever that brings you happiness and fulfillment.
