This is I.T. (Inconvenient Truth) Know your Worth!!!

We have discussed many topics since the beginning of This is I.T. (Inconvenient Truth). We have stated that the show isn’t about us but about everyone who lives with pain or those who are caretakers of those in pain. Some have mentioned that they have felt as if they were a burden to family and/or friends. I have spoken with many people during both on-air and off-air and one thing I have heard repeatedly is many feeling as if their life or what they feel they contribute to the world is nothing. I want to emphasize we all need to know our worth. Too many times we let outside things dictate how we view ourselves as individuals.
