Welcome to American Stateman

Patrick Weingart is a candidate for U.S. Congress - Florida District 7.

Voters must ask candidates the tough questions and then decide who to vote for. Voters must not depend on party affiliation or main stream media or political pundits.

Patrick Weingart was born in Arlington, Virginia and resided there until joining the Marine Corps Reserve and moving to Daytona Beach, Florida in 2008.

Patrick's Message"The framers of the constitution and our nation had specific ideals in mind when creating the role of our congressmen and women. This office was intended to be held by those which were closest to the heartbeat of our citizens. This idea has in great part been lost and replaced with the notion that we must fill the ranks of congress with professional politicians, many of whom, have lost touch with the needs and voices of every day, hard-working Americans."

"We are facing a significant rift in perspective between our leaders in Washington and the American people as a whole. We must strive to elect officials who can bridge that gap with the COMMON SENSE one can only gain through COMMON EXPERIENCE!"
