Men unwilling to commit and women who let them

Why are men willing to be in relationships that they now they have no desire to commit to and why are women so willing to stay in these relationships with them?? 

Do women have a right to get angry or hope and wait that he will change his mind? Shouldn't men take responsibility for their part in knowing they have no long term plans?

Why is this a greater factor in the black community than others? Or is it greater in the black community?  As a coach I want you to get the most from your relationship. Let's talk about it...
