Mindset Monday! You Do Have To Work Twice As Hard! So What?

Why is it that some people have to work twice as hard as others to get ahead?  Honestly, answering that question is not where I choose to focus my energy.  The truth is, some people will get ahead by doing the minimum, and no it is not fair.  What do I say about that harsh reality?  Get over it!  Today on air we will discuss why we should only focus on ourselves, the reality that we do have to work twice as hard for the same result, and the 'fairness' of it all.
