A grassroots activist for 15 years, starting in Venice Beach, California, Don is a political strategist and writer/director.  Currently working on the documentary "What's Next?", he delves into the progressive movement started by the Bernie Sanders 2016 primary election.  He has interviewed over 130 of the unsung grassroots heroes who have fought for progressive values since the '60s as well as Establishment players to understand both sides of the situation. 
The goal is not only to find and elevate leaders but to ask the question of how we ended up where we are and, most importantly, "What's Next?"
