I think everyone would suspect that eating healthier and getting more, or some, exercise would be a good place to start and they would be correct. Giving up tobacco and alcohol is an absolute must. Things like keeping your stress level under control, must be worked on.

We help our clients to begin making changes that can have positive effects for the rest of their life and hopefully make that life longer than it would have been with their past poor choices.
