Is there a conspiracy to kill black men, black women and black children?

As reported by The Color of Change, when Oscar Grant was shot in the back by a transit cop, he was unarmed and posed no threat to anyone. But despite clear video evidence that this was murder, the killer cop still walks free. On New Year's Eve, Oscar Grant was shot execution-style by a transit police officer in Oakland, California. He was shot in the back while face-down on a subway platform, unarmed and posing no threat. Twelve days later--despite several videos showing what happened--the officer who killed Grant hasn't been arrested, charged, or even questioned. He quit the force and has refused to speak. The District Attorney has done nothing. Robert Tolan the son of former Major League baseball player, Bobby Tolan shot in his own driveway. The District Attorney has done nothing. And how about our black children.
