Foreclosure Resolution: Stay Ahead of The Game

In this episode, we will illuminate the importance of staying ahead of the game while navigating the foreclosure resolution process.  Many folks have tuned in to the show, followed the step-by-step instructions in the Foreclosure Dispute Resolution E-Training Manual, and have been very effective at moving towards a resolution on their foreclosure situation.  My suggestion to all homeowners is simple:  Keep the lenders' feet to fire!

If you have been successful at bridging the gap and have brought your lender to the table for settlement discussions at mediation, conciliation or a negotiation session, you are well on your way to a favorable resolution.  Stay ahead of the game and listen to what the lender is communicating to you via their attorneys.  By listening, you can read the tea leaves of whether they are waiving the white flag or digging into the trenches.  We will talk about both scenarios in this show.
