Hello everyone, and welcome to another episode of the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Show.  I am your host Anthony Johson.

ADR stands for "Alternative Dispute Resolution."  It is the settlement of issues without resort to the courts.  The most popular forms of ADR are Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation.  This internet radio show will explore foreclosure mediation and how you can use it effectively in efforts to save your home from foreclosure.

This episode will cover the difference between judicial and non-judicial foreclosure states, and how to approach the situation when served with a Lis Pendens or Notice of Default and Notice of Sale.  We will cover what to do, and how to present your case during the mediation session which will be the last best effort to save your home from foreclosure.

As always, the content of the internet radio show is taken from the Foreclosure Mediation Training Manual.  You can pick up a copy at www.adr-now.com and follow along and apply what you will learn and empower yourselves to keep your most prized material possession...your home.

I look forward to your tuning in!
