JOURNEY THROUGH AMERICA!

Tune-in and take a journey to understanding the dynamic conflict between Blacks & Whites; amongst Blacks; and within other ethnic groups about the use of the word, Nigga!

Is Nigga just a word? Well, to some, the word Nigga is an enduring term synonymous with brother or friend.  To others, the word Nigga is anything but endearing! The word Nigga evokes vivid memories of a time in American History where it was used exclusively to degrade, humiliate, and literally call out to someone who was Black!

This is a conversation that you don't want to miss! Join me with my special guest, David Holifield, Detroit Chapter President of the Omega Phi Psi Fraternity, Pastor Lee Turner, and feature Neo Soul Singer & Songwriter, L'Renee.

I'll also be reading from Carter G. Woodson's Mis-Education of the Negro by Dr. Jawanza Kunjufu.

Call in and share your understanding or socialization of the word, Nigga! 347-843-4516
