Guest Mark Winwood is a Buddhist teacher, student and practitioner in rural Washington State who has traveled the world pursuing his peace and knowledge. For 15 years he has worked to perfect his understanding and his instruction as everything from college professor to grief counsellor. He helps explain what the tenets mean, who they may benefit, and how we can find out.
