Balancing too many duties is the single biggest frustration for all small business leaders. There is a time for all of us when as our business grows and we find ourselves not busy enough for more people and too busy for the staff we have.

How do we prioritize?

Can we keep track of all the different moving parts effectively?

This week we will devote an hour to looking at FREE online project management tools and even talk about creating our own customized project management program using something as simple as Excel. If you’ve been thinking about organizing your workload then Saturday the 23 and Sunday the 24 of March at 6:00 PM PST (9:00 PM EST) be sure to tune us in.

Join us for this discussion and further join us in our online community the osbi (online small business intiative). This is a no cost community of your peers gathering together to share information and learn from one another.  We host a variety of different educational venues including; Webinars, Master Classes, Blog Talk Radio and a Library approaching 300 titles on everything important to the small business leader.

Join us by going to www.3-yz.com and on the bottom of the Home Page - fill out the Contact Form with your name, email and in the body type “education”. Once you are a member you will receive titles and topics in advance so you can determine which topics are right for you. If you’re interested  email us back and receive your FREE program worksheet listing a complete bibliography of all our online research, notes from the class and cool free stuff on the Internet relating to the subject. All of this is provided at no cost to members of the osbi. We look forward to having you join the conversation.
