Who is the Greatest Independent Independent Hiphop Recording Artist in History?  Thats a Hell of a Question thats been debated for Decades Now.  To specify, Were not looking for the greatest Rapper of all time, Were looking for the Greatest INDEPENDENT Rapper of all time.. That Means Main stream artists do not qualify for this (Sorry 2pac, Biggie, Jay-z, Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Whoever else is in that convo) Those guys are all Mainstream, What were looking for our the Underground Greats,,, and we have found 128 of them of all different Sub Genres of Hiphop from all diffrent Parts of the world, To Qualify, each artist has to have at least 1 million Views on there youtube channel... then each artist are put in Brackets Randomally against each other.. 128, turns to 64 , to 32, to 16, 8, 4, 2, then 1 making the winner have to go thru 7 rounds to be named the greatest ....
