The business judgment rule is a presumption that directors of a corporation or those who manage other entities make business decisions on an informed basis, in good faith, and with the honest belief that the course taken was in the best interest of the entity. This podcast with Steven Migala explores the business judgment rule and explains its meaning and significance to those who serve as directors of corporations and who manage limited liability companies.
Shane Krauser, the host of Liberty Storm, talks about the creation of the American dream and its worth defending. Shane took on the following issues:
1. The grand jury on the Darren Wilson case has not yet returned. What is the mainstream media refusing to tell you?
2. Why is the rule of law critical to maintaining freedom in America? Listen in to find out.
3. And what about the Preamble to the United States Constitution? What does it say and mean?

We all heard of this 90 day rule. It has stirred up debate at parties, in the work place and is the subject of books. The DSD crew as always is prepared to dig deep and tell you what you want to know. Only Down South and Dirty can go there like this. So join myself Scout Smith and my co-hosts Christy Harvey and Deric Tibbs aka Harlem Atl as we talk about Relationships and the 90 Day Rule.

The Golden Rule is the Secret to the Physics of Eternal Life
So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Matt 7:12
Jesus the Good Shepherd
"I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. "I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.… John 12:9-11
It has always been self-evident that virtually every living structure, leaf symme- try and the pent geometry of almost every living protein, uses the golden ratio for an electrical reason. Golden Ratio de?nes beauty in general for reasons which are also fundamental to physics. It is also self-evident, by inspection, that golden ratio solves the problem of recursive wave interference because it is the only solution to both adding and multiplying (recursive wave interference precisely turns recursive wave addition into multiplication)
Then they show how that precise line of golden ratio points extends out each axis of symmetry of the pent dodeca which is the proven shape of hydrogen, DNA, Earth Grid, and the UNIVERSE.
A riveting crime story always keeps my attention. First time author, Stephen J. Resnick has written The 45 Stitch Rule, a fictional account of events facing members of the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office during a particular week in August of 1974. The book details the good, the bad, and the ugly side of dealing with the victims and perpetrators of crime in Brooklyn. The author also offers a look at the humorous side to criminal proceedings such as The Best Free Night Show In Town also known as Night Court (recall that TV show and you get the idea). The story begins on a Sunday morning, as Assistant District Attorney, Alan Stone, is contacted by an NYPD patrolman seeking help on a problem with a confessed axe murderer. The story follows Stone through the week, as he investigates and prosecutes serious and frivolous crimes, and finds love in an unexpected place. It’s a tough week for ADA Stone and the NYPD and includes plenty of murder and mayhem with a cast of richly drawn characters. The action takes place in Brooklyn but there are sidelines in Bordentown and Hightstown, NJ. The title of the book, The 45 Stitch Rule, had me wondering until the significance was explained. It seems there are many unwritten rules that guide law enforcement in their daily grind of dealing with too many criminals in an overloaded justice system. Think plea bargaining. This book is fiction, but author Stephen J. Resnick definitely has the inside track. He spent many years as a prosecutor in NY and NJ, at county and state levels. He has prosecuted everything from street crime, organized crime, narcotics and such, to bribery, securities fraud, Medicaid fraud and environmental crimes. As a government attorney he has represented sitting judges and prosecutors. After the interview, please check out After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live.

This week’s Featured Authors are . . . Lisa Henry and JA Rock!
JA Rock has worked as a dog groomer, knife seller, haunted house zombie, standardized patient, cashier, census taker, state fair, quilt hanger, and for one less-than-magical evening, a server-and would much rather be writing about those jobs than doing them. JA lives in Chicago but still sees West Virginia behind Illinois's back.
Lisa Henry likes to tell stories, mostly with hot guys and happily ever afters, but they've gotta work for it. No free lunches on her watch. She lives in tropical N. Queensland, Aus. She doesn't know why because she hates the heat, but suspects she's too lazy to move. She spends half her time slaving away as a government minion, and the other half plotting her escape.
