Kim Crayton and Lieutenant Colonel Chadwick Davis discuss the 21st century skills of criticial thinking and creativity.
Lieutenant Colonel Chadwick Davis is the Operations Officer for a 25-team Division 1 Intercollegiate Athletic Department at the United States Military Academy. He supervises Team and Game Operations staffs which are responsible for sports scheduling, team travel, and event management. He synchronizes athletic events, competitions, and activities with USMA Staff and supporting Agencies. Chadwick is responsible for the integration of the Intercollegiate Athletic Program into the West Point Leader Development System and the Academic, Military, and Physical Development Programs. He directly plans, coordinates, and executes all activities related to the development of over 1,000 cadet-athletes; emphasis on the integration of NCAA, Army, and USMA regulations and policies.
