They pray with every client when their sessions are finished our health issues are very rarely disconnected from our spiritual walk. To share our knowledge and experience in the areas of fitness and nutrition. To give our clients the opportunity to change their mindset when it comes to their health; It is not about vanity, it's about being the best you can be to serve the Lord.
