Comedy X, the minefield of cultural changes and the right to laugh in a PC world

Who has the right to be Funny? Who decides what is Funny? We think that the free exercise of speech makes that decision. The idividual decides whether to laugh or not. X'd out believes if there is no threats of violence and no compromising of privacy all speech is fair game. It is not free of consequences ,If it offends on a mass scale that is on the individual. Mass calls for shutting down any speech should be defended as an attempt to shut down all speech.
