This time of the year is a time for joy, celebration and connecting with loved ones. For many, the Holiday Season is exciting and fun to maneuver through. For others it's a time of sorrow and unrest. A lonely reminder of people missing in our lives for various reasons. Some have passed on and are no longer with us here on earth, while others, due to anger and ill feelings we do not have contact with. 

Forgiveness is a necessary piece in the puzzle of healing. It is most necessary and important during the holiday season.
