Welcome to Blog Talk Radio and the Voice of Change. Today's program will explore various ways we can bring PEACE into our daily life, so that we can remain centered whatever the task before us is to do.  This was inspired by a book written by Deepak Chopra in 2006.  In this book, Deepak suggests a different practice for each day of the week.   When PEACE is our focus and PEACE is our practice and PEACE is where we place our attention, then perhaps...just perhaps we can carry out whatever needs to be done in PEACE.  As I reflect on my life and life in general, I'm observing that many of us are being called to take new risks, step outside our comfort zone, and for what we feel are good reasons.  And at the same time, we want to remain centered and stable.  So, the question is, can we act in these new ways, uncomfortable ways at times...and still be centered in PEACE?   I feel that this is the time to go beyond our usual ways of acting and re-acting.  We are treading in new waters these days, and we must remain true to our self, speak up in ways perhaps we've not done before...and still come from that stable, serene place within of PEACE.  Join me for the conversation.  Call in to 516 453 9142 to share your thoughts.
