Welcome to the Voice of Change. I'm Sharon Ann Wikoff and delighted to be with you for this program with Ali Dryja, entitled, Feeling Our Way Through The Dark.

For many of us, right now is emotionally triggering time to be alive, and eating can be a tempting way to cope with the current discomforts we’re facing globally and personally. In this program, we will explore the value in feeling our way through these times, returning to the body and its true desires, and using our compulsion to eat as an invitation for the inspired action we really need.

Ali is passionate about empowering women through helping them develop loving relationships with their bodies. She believes that learning to honor and listen to the wisdom of our bodies is especially important as women take a more active role in bringing balance to the world.

Ali offers group and 1:1 coaching for ambitious women who struggle with emotional eating, excess weight, or feeling uncomfortable in their skin. She grew up in a high-achieving environment near Boston and worked in the corporate world in New York City, during which time she struggled with multiple eating disorders, laxative addiction, over-exercising, and stress. She now lives on an organic orchard and wildlife haven in the Australian countryside with her soon-to-be husband, and stands for the positive change that’s possible in our lives—and on the planet—when we listen to our bodies.
