Most often we take our Cardiovascular system and it's complex functions for granted and or we fail to take it seriously by neglecting to condition it. In this episode, Layla explains how the Cardiovascular system operates per second throughout our day, as well as explores the benefit and various types of Cardiorespiratory Training to keep your heart and lungs pounding strong!

* Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)
