NO WITNESSES NO DOCS WHEN THERE WERE NONE TO BEGIN WITH

Today the Senate voted not to have witnesses in the impeachment trial. Democrat leader Schumer came out and said that it is a disgrace to not have witnesses and documentation in a trial. But he neglects to point out that it is NOT up to the Senate to call witnesses in a trial. In fact, it is up to the House to call witnesses and make their case in the House before it gets to trial. That’s how they were supposed to make their case for the Articles of Impeachment. So, can we conclude that if they are saying there aren’t any witnesses or documentation that the House failed? That is exactly what we can conclude. When they say this impeachment trial is a sham, it’s because they failed to present the facts to support it.  

In NYC a group of cop haters protested the subway fares and police patrols. They want free fare and a cop free zone. They vandalized the subway and had cop-hating signs.
