If I think like a man then how do I be a woman?

We've heard the oft overused term women need to "Let a Man be a Man" in the relationship, but what does that phrase really mean? More importantly, is that really what the challenge is in relationships or is the real issue that women need to "learn how to be women?" We're also going to discuss some of the dating traps women should avoid.
