Self Awareness of a Leader and its Sphere of Influence

The level of self awareness of a leader has a direct influence on the level of engagement and the innovations of those they lead.

What is it we can learn from the great inventors, geniuses, visionaries and the polymaths of all times, about this relation between the level of self awareness and the resulting innovation, leadership, engagement and contributions to life?

They have left marvellous clues for us and have blazed open trails where others have not dared to walk and explore before. They had one thing in common… a high level of awareness and the exquisite abilities it offer us.

In modern day society, whether political, economic or social; we should grab at the opportunity to learn from them, in order to lead and co-create a better world and life for all.
