Jennifer Poss Taylor author of Forfeiting All Sanity, A Mother’s Story of Raising A Child with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Jennifer will be discussing the diagnosis - early intervention and unravelling the disorder. Jodee Kulp is an award-winning author, producer, and advocate who works tirelessly to serve children and families of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Discorders (FASD). Hers is a mission of education, compassion, and growth. Through her nonprofit Better Endings New Beginnings and outreach programs she offers resources - support and invaluable information on transitioning FAS kids into adulthood. Terri Mauro author, advocate and mom joins us to discuss the educational accommodations needed, school settings and deficits in self control for these children. Also discussed will be frequency in adoptive children and prenatal care.
