Tech in Twenty: Humor For Heroes

This week we are talking about how social media can do social good.

One of the things that we love to do is to help spread the word about community events and causes that are important to our area. We do that by doing what we do best. We put on our social media reporter hats and tell the world about what is happening live by posting updates, photos and video on sites like Twitter, Facebook, Ustream, Flickr,  and other relevant online spaces.

In the past we have done construction tours through Morgan's Wonderland, Sneek peek events for the Museum and Mission reach portions of the San Antonio River as well as Parades and Fairs during Fiesta.

On November 9th at 7:30pm we will once again put our efforts into getting the word out about an event that really touches our community. You may not know this but San Antonio is a big military town. We honor and support the men and women in the armed forces and are very happy to do so for this upcoming event called Humor for Heroes. We are pleased to be joined by one of the organizers, Randy Garcia.
