In addition to eating right and drinking enough good, clean water...everyone must keep active and exercise regularily.  Not only physical exercise, but mental exercise with positive affirmations and meditation.

Our 4th and final January "Living Well In 2012 Series" show will be aptly named, "Exercise For Your Body & Mind!"  On this show, we will discuss exercise in all facets of our lives and the best ways to keep in shape on an overall.
