Many of you may not know about Boise, but I do. I've been traveling, visiting, dining in Boise, Idaho since 2009 when my second son decided to attend college at Boise State University. Go Broncos! And this is after my first son was serving in the military at a base about 35 miles southeast of the city of Boise. So I had two sons living in the Boise vicinity at the same time.

What I like most about Boise is its beautiful landscape, fresh air and nice people. The Boise metro area, with a population of approximately 500,000, includes the cities Caldwell, Meridian and Nampa.

The real estate market is affordable because the Downtown Boise business economic climate is BOOMING and salary ranges correlate with home prices. The downtown Boise scene is chic, elegant and full of activity, all day and all night.
