Sermon 144 "Citizens of Heaven Not Nation"

As Christians, we should not worry about political battles, who our leaders are, and what happens in our nation.

We have concerns, but should not be depressed or angry about anything. Do you really practice the idea that this world is not our home, we're just passing through?

We are, ultimately, citizens of heaven, not nation. We are not Americans, we are Heaven's Daughters and Sons.  Celestial Holy Ones. We are in this world, but not of it. We're developing spirituality, on our way to Eternity. We look forward, not to the reformation of this world, but to souls getting saved, then inhabiting a new heaven and new earth.

We do not put our hope or trust in any politician or government or economic system.

Nothing that happens in politics can have any impact on our inner peace, joy, and righteousness given to us by grace.

Let's look a what the Bible says about where our allegiance must be placed and how we should view the political and economic turmoil of this world.
